The fantastic Revolution™ designed and built in conjunction with Ritec is an excellent example of our Bespoke Capabilities.

Manufactured almost entirely from toughened Glass Panels, the machine resembles a high tech revolving door.

Here's where the similarities end though, as the machine is designed to hold large curved or flat glass panels using a unique vacuum system, ready for application of Ritec's advanced ClearShield™ product. Once treated, the panels are gently dried with warm air.

Another well-known glass manufacturer commissioned TAS in 2000 and again in 2003 to build some very special Temperature and Humidity Chambers.

Capable of maintaining 98%rh at 99ºC for long periods with programmable control of Oxygen level, Pressure and Fan speed using an advanced a Touch Screen controller. The machines are 1m3 and 12m3 internal volume and are used for R&D work into specialist coatings
