September 2011

TAS receive an order from a leading Engineering firm to build a Special Series 3 1000 litre Test Chamber with temperature range -40°C to +300°C..

July 2011

TAS design and build a 9000 litre Vacuum Chamber for the Defence Industry operating down to 30mBar.

March 2011

TAS build three Environmental Stress Screening Chambers for one of the world's leading Electronics manufacturers, with temperature range of -75°C to +180°C and a ramp rate of 20°C per minute.

2010

2010 was another very strong year for TAS. Here is a highlight of some of our more interesting projects:-

TAS are commissioned to build a second Environmental Control System for rugged, shipping container-based ground station. Minimum cooling duty per system of 10kw in a 42°C ambient.

TAS design, build and install a walk-in Climatic Test Chamber for testing hydrogen fuel cells.

TAS build Special Micro chamber for a University for testing ExoMars components. Temperature range: -140°C to +100°C; with a ramp rate of 15°C per minute, using mechanical refrigeration.

TAS build and install a large Environmental Test Room (67,500 litres) for the Defence Industry with temperature range -75°C to +80°C and 10 to 98%rh.

TAS design and build a Hot/Cold Environmental Test Chamber for a UK University for Research & Development, to satisfy the requirements of BS EN 1411-3 2007.
