Spare parts availability - TAS place a very high emphasis on using 'standard' components wherever possible. This has a dramatic, two fold effect for you the customer :-
Firstly, spares will be easily available. If the required item is not kept amongst our stock it will almost certainly be available from one of the many mail order component suppliers - usually next day delivery. Secondly, as an owner of a TAS machine, the majority of replacement components are available from alternative suppliers thus guaranteeing non-inflated spares prices.
As standard we offer a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty twelve months parts and twelve months labour, within the UK mainland.
For machines sold on a 're-sale' basis or located outside of the UK mainland, we offer a 12 months parts only warranty subject to the return and examination of the faulty item at the customer's expense. The warranty includes all technical problems, however accidental damage and misuse are excluded.
